Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and professional use standards, hair tools are eligible for return only if they are unopened and unused.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging
All returns require prior confirmation and approval from us before being sent back
Customers are responsible for return shipping and postage costs

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used tools
Items showing signs of wear or use
Final sale or discounted items


Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected

 

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
If approved, we will provide next steps
